How far ahead should I order?

For cupcakes, cake pops and layer cakes we require a minimum of two days notice for most orders. However, if you require a large order or an order which requires bespoke decoration the earlier you can let us know the better.

Orders for iced cookies need to be placed a minimum of 1-2 weeks before the date they are required.

If you do require a last minute order please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How long will products stay fresh for?

Cupcakes, cake pops and layer cakes are freshly made to order without the addition of artificial preservatives so we would recommend eating them on the day to enjoy them at their best. However, if you need to collect a day in advance that is fine too.

Leftover cakes will stay fresh for a couple of days (3-4) in an airtight container stored at room temperature. Do not store in the fridge.

Iced cookies will stay fresh for up to 5 days stored in an air tight container.

Can you deliver?

We can deliver within the local Inverness area or alternatively, we can arrange collection from a central Inverness location.

Cupcakes, cake pops and layer cakes can be collected on the day required or a day in advance. Iced cookies can be collected up to 2 days in advance.

Do your products contain nuts?

The only product that contains nuts is the carrot cake but these can be removed if required. However, we do occasionally use nuts in our kitchen so baked goods may contain traces of nuts.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel an order for cup cakes, cake pops or layer cakes you must notify us by 12.00 noon on the day before the order is due.

To cancel an order for iced cookies 3 days notice is required.

How can I make payment for my order?

Payment can be made by cash on delivery of your order.
